Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

16 oz heavy cream
4 oz of crumbled Gorgonzola

1/2 tsp of chicken base or
     1 cube chicken bouillon

Salt and pepper to taste

  Preparation Instructions  

Place all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat. Stir continously until desired consistency is achieved. Salt and pepper to taste. More Gorgonzola may be added if desired.
