Manero's Penne Pasta Salad


16 oz of cooked Penne,
     rinsed and cooked

12 each cherry tomatoes,

1 each small red onion diced

1 head of broccoli,
     cut into half-bite size pieces

1 head of cauliflower
     cut into half-bite pieces

1 cup of olives

1 cup of quartered artichokes

8 oz Manero's House Salad Dressing

8 oz of crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Oregano to taste

  Preparation Instructions  

Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and serve. Keep all ingredients as cold as possible prior to serving. If not served immediately pasta may absorb too much dressing, making it mushy and the salad dry.
