Manero's Wheat Pasta with Peppers

1 lb cooked and rinsed Whole Wheat
     Penne Pasta
2-3 Roasted Red Peppers, julianne

1 tsb diced onion

Pinch thyme

Pinch marjoram

4 oz olive oil

4 oz crumbled Gorgonzola

Salt and pepper to taste

  Preparation Instructions  

Sautee the onion and then the garlic. Once tender add the peppers and seasoning. Toss in the penne until hot. Keep stirring. Finish with Gorgonzola and serve immediately.
