Chicken Manero

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast

2 ounces flour

1 tsb Manero's House Dressing

1 oz crumbled Gorgonzola

1/2 tsp herb seasoning

  Preparation Instructions  

Dredge the chicken in the flour. Heat the dressing in a sautee pan. Sautee the chicken until done. Melt cheese on top.


Balsamic vinegar (2 ounces) may be added to the pan half way through the cooking and allow to reduce.
