How to store our Original Gorgonzola Cheese and Dressing

Ideally the Gorgonzola cheese should be kept frozen until just before serving. This is to avoid clumpy cheese more than anything. The house dressing should be kept refrigerated and must be shaken or stirred vigorously prior to dressing salad. Place your favorite cold washed greens and cut vegetables in large bowl. Make sure greens are dry. Shake dressing and pour on top of salad mix, toss thoroughly. Sprinkle on the ground Gorgonzola and toss again. Add some salt and pepper and other seasoning as you wish. This salad is a meal in itself. However, we do offer it topped with grilled chicken, salmon, sliced steak and grilled portabella in the restaurants.
